In 1965 the Dutch Army used Dunlopp oxygen rebreathers. They tested two new models. The French Oxygers and the German LAR I. The LAR I was chosen, but the equipment was not functioning properly and was replaced by the LAR II. The LAR II was replaced within one year by the LAR III which was for 21 years in use at the Dutch Army. Further info on the LAR I is very hard to become. Any info is more than welcome!
