The Dräger 1904 - 1909 breathing apparatus was not used for Underwater but for breathing protection in mining and poisoned areas. In March 1942 the Dräger company published to have sold 6800 of these units. It was the second model oxygen breathing apparatus produced in series. The first one was the Dräger model 1903.
