The oxygen rebreather working with liquid oxygen is not in use for under water applications. There were only a very few models with this working principle. Due to the difficult logistics and relative dangerous systems now the principle is not in production for man carried systems.

* Dewar Flask
A double-walled vessel with a vacuum between the walls to reduce the transfer of heat. Used for the storage of liquid gases and for other laboratory applications. Named after the British physicist, James Dewar (1842-1923).
